What is 'Mysore Style' Yoga?
Mysore Style is the traditional way in which Astanga Yoga is learned, named after Mysore in India.
A major advantage of this system is that you memorise a sequence which allows you to do yoga whenever you want to instead of being reliant on a class.
Practicing on your own helps you integrate yoga into your life, which in turn becomes the gift that keeps on giving!
It truly is a magical practice, which works on so many levels!

New or returning to Ashtanga Yoga?
Beginners or those returning to yoga after a break are welcome to join our Mysore-Style classes held weekdays (except Mondays) in North London.
Teacher Roberta Giannotti will teach you one-on-one at your own speed in a group setting.
