Beginners or those returning to yoga after a break are welcome to join our Mysore-Style classes held weekdays (except Mondays) in North London. These classes are the traditional way in which Astanga Yoga is learned, taught by Esteemed Teacher Roberta Giannotti.

Teacher Roberta Giannotti will teach you one-on-one at your own speed in a group setting.

Preparing for your class

All you need for the class is some comfortable clothing. There are some spare mats you can borrow if you don't have one.

If you've booked an online class, you will receive the link for the live stream after you book & pay for your place.

​The practice for beginners is around 1hr although it may be shorter depending on what you and Roberta decide.
